Invoice intake that reads, sorts and files itself, with a human check where it matters.
The brief
A hypothetical small finance team receives invoices by email, chat and paper. They want them captured, checked and filed without retyping.
The challenge
Automation that runs fully on its own feels risky for money. The design had to make every automatic step visible, and make the human check fast rather than a chore.
Our approach

An intake inbox that reads each invoice and proposes the vendor, amount and category.

A review screen where a person confirms or edits in one pass, with the source document side by side.

Rules that file approved invoices to the right folder and accounting tool automatically.
