Parcel Pilot
A calm dispatch dashboard for small couriers, built around one glanceable map.
The brief
A hypothetical local courier team runs dispatch from spreadsheets and group chats. They need one screen that shows where every parcel and rider is, and what needs attention next.
The challenge
Dispatch tools are usually dense and stressful. The challenge was to show a lot of live information while keeping the screen quiet enough to scan in a second.
Our approach

One map as the hero of the interface, with everything else docked around it.

A single "needs attention" queue that surfaces late or unassigned jobs instead of dozens of alerts.

Rider assignment by drag and drop, with a simple mobile view for riders on the road.
